How to create a poll and see who has read the message in the WhatsApp group?
If you have created several WhatsApp groups to keep track of your customers and friends, here are two tips to help you create a poll in a group and see who has read your messages.
Create a survey in a group
See those who have read your message
Many WhatsApp groups are designed to allow members to coordinate with each other, whether for work or leisure. So it can be interesting to ask members for their opinion via a poll, rather than in endless exchanges. Here's how to create a survey:
Go to the group,
Go to the message field,
Choose the tab Trombone,
Press Survey.
You will then be able to write the question and the different options, and choose whether or not to accept multiple answers.
When you send a message in a group conversation, two symbols (✓✓) are displayed at the bottom right.
If both are grey, it means that none of the members have read your message.
If one of the two ticks is blue, it means that one or more users have read your message, but not all participants.
If both symbols are blue, it means that all members of the group have read your message.
In case only one tick is blue, it is possible to know which members have read your message. Here is how to do it:
Go to the group,
Press and hold your message,
Click on ⋮ in the upper right corner,
Choose Info. You will be able to see the users who have read your message.
